SAKHIR GP - Free Practice 3 - Results

 The Free Practice Race 3 was clinched by the Red Bull's Max Verstappen with an astonishing 54.064 secs of time lap leaving the Mercedes behind. Bottas and Gasly followed Max to take P2 and P3 respectively.

Renault’s Esteban Ocon starred with a P4 finish in FP3, just 0.026s behind compatriot Gasly. His team mate Daniel Ricciardo had a shower of sparks at sector 2, and finished at P14.

McLaren had Lando Norris rounding out the top five, and Carlos Sainz rounding out the top 10 – but the two were split by just over a tenth, which underlines how close the midfield battle is on this tight Outer Loop track configuration.
