This is the second flying car which made its debut. The first one was made by Japan's Skydrive.

Talking about the flying car thing, it was being imagined in movies. It was also stated somewhere that in 2020 flying cars will be fully functional and will be available for everyone.

But the promise was kept  Japan and Turkey, they tested there flying cars in August and September respectively.

The design of both cars is exceptional. The concept of making a drone to a full-sized car carrying passengers around the city.

The CEZERI was the most striking thing in Turkey's Teknofest.

Cezeri was developed by 50 engineers at Cezeri Robot, a Baykar Group Company, under the guidance of Baykar's Technical Manager and Turkey Technology Team (T3 Foundation) Chairman Selçuk Bayraktar made the flying car concept possible. The Project Manager of Cezeri Robot, Ozan YaÄŸcı became the so-called hero of the Teknofest.

The company said it would take 10-15 years for this to hit the road and 3-4 years to use it as recreational purposes such as a quad bike.

Ozan further added that they are planning to add superior aviation technology to the car in the next stage and also planning to use LIDAR sensor technology. This would help the flying car to avoid obstacles.
