2. The World's Fastest Car, Bugatti Chiron Super Sport:Bugatti Chiron Super Sport
Welcome to the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport – a 25cm longer, slipperier, lighter, and more powerful Chiron that looks… quite familiar, don’t you think?
Yup, you’ve seen this car before. It looks exactly like the record-breaking long-tail Chiron Andy Wallace used to hit (and exceed) 300mph back in 2019, and the 30 or so roadgoing Chiron “Super Sport 300+” Bugatti said it would build to mark the occasion. It’s not immediately clear whether the new SuperSport differs mechanically from the special-edition Super Sport 300+. Doesn’t look like it.
We’re told that thanks to enlarged turbochargers and modifications made to the oil pump(s) and cylinder head, the Super Sport’s 8.0-litre W16 makes 1,578bhp – the same as the 300+. It has a higher redline than a normal Chiron, up 300rpm to 7,100rpm, and a broader spread of torque, too. Seventh gear is 3.6 percent longer.
0-124mph (0-200km/h) takes 5.8 seconds, while 0-186mph (0-300km/h) takes 12.1 seconds. Bugatti doesn’t say how quickly the SuperSport accelerates from 0-248mph (0-400km/h) – only that it’s seven percent quicker than a normal Chiron. The Super Sport’s top speed is “up to 273mph” – again, just like the 300+

Ford Maverick
Recently Ford launched its new electric F150 lightning. Today, Ford announced its small pick-up truck variant, the Maverick. Ford Maverick is a hybrid compact pickup truck, also the non-hybrid variant is available. Starting at $19,995, this pick-up can do most of the work that a premium pickup truck can do.
Ford is reentering the compact pickup truck space with the new Maverick, hoping that this new model will convert sedan buyers after the automaker dropped passenger cars from its lineup. The unibody pickup will arrive next year positioned under the body-on-frame Ranger mid-size truck in Ford's lineup, and it comes standard with a hybrid powertrain starting at $19,995.
That low starting price will get you a base XL model with a hybrid powertrain that uses a 2.5-liter inline-four and an electric motor. This combination produces a total of 191 horsepower, and it's paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Ford claims 40 mpg in the city, close to the Escape hybrid's EPA rating, but hybrid Mavericks are only available with front-wheel drive. The Escape hybrid does offer all-wheel drive, and Ford says the Maverick hybrid may offer it later if people want it. An optional nonhybrid turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder can be equipped with either front- or all-wheel drive. It makes 250 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque and uses an eight-speed automatic. Hybrid models will tow up to 2000 pounds and the turbo 2.0-liter is rated at 4000 pounds.

As a sedan based on a coupe based on a sedan, the niche occupied by the BMW 4-series Gran Coupe has always been small. But it clearly sold well enough in those parts of the world that prefer the combination of a lower roofline and four doors to have justified the creation of the second-generation version that we are seeing for the first time here.
The front end of the existing car continues to be combined with a pair of extra doors and a slightly higher tailgate line that is much more gently tapered than that of the 3-series sedan. And yes, the company's startled-squirrel XL radiator grille has also made the transition unchanged, although the visual awe is beginning to diminish with repeated exposure. The overall look is nearly identical to the electric i4 that we've already seen, as the two models appear to share a body and headlights and taillights.

The new 300-series generation Toyota Land Cruiser revealed with a Twin-Turbo V6 but it won't make it into US Market as it is. We may get to see a version the same as Lexus LX.
Toyota doesn't redesign its SUV, so the arrival of the 300-series is a big deal. The new-gen Land Cruiser is much more bolder and modern. It's also lighter and powerful than the ongoing 200-series. While we wait to see what Toyota does with this new model on our shores, we can dive into the specs. It weighs a claimed 440 pounds less than its predecessor and uses two new engines: a gasoline twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 with 409 horsepower and 479 pound-feet of torque or a turbodiesel twin-turbo 3.3-liter V-6 with 304 hp and 516 pound-feet of torque. A ten-speed automatic transmission and—naturally—four-wheel drive are standard across the board.

Say hello to the facelifted BMW X3M Competition and BMW X4M Competition. The headlines are as follows: 503bhp, 479lb ft of torque, and zero to 62mph in 3.8 seconds. That’s 0.3 seconds faster than their predecessors. And quite frankly ludicrous performance for a family SUV.
Power comes from the same 3.0-litre straight-six engine, while the eagle-eyed amongst you will have picked up on a slight torque increase of 37lb ft. Top speed is limited to 155mph, or 180mph with the optional M Driver’s Package. Ooft.
The standard X3 and X4, meanwhile, consist of the same three diesel variants, the 20d, 30d, and 40d, plus the 2.0-litre petrol 20i, plug-in hybrid 30e, and top-of-the-range, 335bhp M40i. All-wheel drive and an eight-speed gearbox comes as standard across the entire line-up. Take your pick, folks.

Tesla Motors has shelved plans of introducing the Model S Plaid+ version. The company's CEO Elon Musk made the announcement on Twitter saying, " Plaid+ is cancelled. No need, as Plaid is so good."
The Tesla Model S Plaid + was supposed to push the performance and battery range benchmark of the car to a new level. It was said to produce 1,100hp, which would've further slashed the 0-100kph time. Battery range was also said to go up from 390 miles to 520 miles or 837km. This range was said to be more than any production EV currently on sale.
Musk believes that the kind of performance and range offered by the Tesla Model S Plaid is good enough. To reiterate, the Model S Plaid's tri motors make 1,006hp, propelling the car from 0-100kph in a gobsmacking 1.99sec. The Model S Plaid will also top out at 200mph (321kph) "with the right tyres," according to CEO Elon Musk.
