At the start, Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly crashed and were out of the race.

Ahold of 3-4 laps was taken in which Mercedes's AMG safety car inspected the track and gave the green signal.

After the session was restarted in Lap 6, V. Bottas was the Leader this time. Some cars at the rear accelerated early and crashed into each other, eliminating more drivers and making another chaotic moment in Tuscan GP.

The drivers were Kevin Magnussen and Carlos Sainz, due to which only 13 cars out of 20 cars were able to compete further.

The session was immediately red-flagged.

It was the first time in 4 years in which F1 was stopped twice, where Lance Stroll crashed his car due to an apparent puncture in Lap 44.

No driver was heavily injured and was taken out of the car immediately after the incident.

Lewis Hamilton won the race following by his teammate V. Bottas and Thai driver Alex Albon.

This was the first podium finish for Alex Albon.
